Expect to live well when you are a guest at the Xotic Beach House. Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by a stunning array of slender, extremely attractive young ladies that would make any man stand up and take notice. | No, your air fare needs to be booked by you and you will need to know the airport code (CTG) to find the best prices. We’ll need a copy so we know when to pick you up at the airport. |

| At least 2-1, sometimes more. Most of our girls are local, many will be dropping in daily so that you can add an hour of fun or take two girls for the whole day. New girls will always be stopping by to have some fun. |

| We have a Wi-Fi network set up at the beach house. Bring your laptop or use our computer to send and receive email. In addition there will be a VOIP telephone available for you to call back to the USA or Canada. |

| Like most of Latin and South America the water quality is unreliable. We provide bottled water at the beach house for all our guests. |

| Is it safe to walk around the town at night? |
| Yes definitely. This is probably the most common question. Many people are concerned about what they hear in the media. While some of it is true, violent crime has dropped dramatically in recent years. Probably the most important thing to know is that Cartagena is very unique and different compared to the rest of the country. Tourism is the lifeblood of this coastal town, so the government is very strict when it comes to providing a safe environment for tourists. The city is on a peninsula and there are only 3 ways in and out of the city, which makes it very difficult for bad guys to escape, thus they do not try anything foolish. While Cartagena is virtually unknown to the American tourist it has been a hotspot destination for many Europeans and other residents from other parts of the country. There is a naval base with a contingent of marines and the US military stops in Cartagena for shore leave on a regular basis, you will probably see US sailors while you are here visiting. Many articles have been written on the subject of safety in Cartagena here are links to a few -New York Times, Miami Herald, the Escape Artist and Marlin Magazine, Seduction Science. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition was shot in Cartagena this year. Lastly, you will be traveling with a bi-lingual trip conceirge to insure you have no problems. |

| You can usually go anywhere in the city for $5 or less. We do provide transportation anywhere you need to go by our private driver, he also picks you up at the airport (all transportation is included) |

| Almost everything is less expensive in Cartagena than the US or Canada, usually ALOT less. There are a few exceptions (some imported goods) but your trip concierge will be close at hand to advise you on whether it is a good deal or not. |
